Booster Club Meeting Minutes

A booster club meeting was held on March 5th @ 6:00 at AHS.  We will post the dates/times of future meetings here.  Please check back.

Newly elected board members will be meeting with Coach Bruno on March 20th.  A follow up booster meeting will be held after spring break.

Summer 2013 Camp Info

Mark your calendars for our softball camp on July 15-17 @ Shorter University in Rome, GA. We're going to be playing at least 2 games each day.  

If you have a conflict, please let Coach Bruno know ASAP. 

Game & Pictures Rescheduled

Today’s game vs. North Murray has been rescheduled for Monday 9/17 at 5:55 pm. Pictures will also be rescheduled.

Game Schedule Change

Please make a note...

We will play Lafayette @ Home on Monday 9/10/12 instead of Thursday 9/13/12.  The game will begin at 5:55.

We're looking for volunteers to work the concession stand.  Please let Mike or Tracie know if you're available.  Thanks!

Tiger Town Tournament

It is time to get prepared for Tiger Town!!

 

This is what we need each player to bring to the game either Tues or Thurs this week 9/4-7/12.

 

   Seniors:                                               Junior& Sophomore's:                         Freshman:

 

1 case of water 16 or 20 oz                    1 case of water 16 or 20 oz                 1 case of water 16 or 20oz

1 case of Blue Powerade 20oz               1 case of Yellow Powerade 20 oz         1 case of Red Powerade 20oz

 

Sam's has blue and red by the case equals about 72 cents per bottle.

 

We also need coolers. If you have an available cooler please put either just water or just powerade and bring to the field by Thurs.

 

We are going to provide cookies and chips at the hospitality pavilion. If you would like to donate either of these items please bring by Thurs. It's going to be hot so we need items that won't melt being left at the pavilion all day.

 

We will have to take turns being at the pavilion to keep the drinks iced down and ice runners to go and purchase ice as needed. If you would like to volunteer for this we can do it per game or per 2 hour increments. Please be at the pavilion on Friday around 4 so we can make a schedule.

Concession Stand Volunteers

Thanks to all the parents who have volunteered to work in the concession stand, grilling, or providing food for away games.  Here's a reminder of when you signed up to help.  If we missed you, don't worry we still have a couple of spots available.  Contact Mike or Tracie Coggin to volunteer.
