Summer & Season Schedules

Parents, 

I hope all is well with you and your daughters are gearing up for the upcoming softball season. We are going to begin training on Tuesday and Thursday the week after Spring Break until 5:00. The workouts will be mainly speed/core/flexibility work to better condition. This is not a replacement for an overall body workout but an addition. 

Attached are two schedules:
1. July-this is once again not set in stone. We will be practicing Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the mornings. I know you daughters like to sleep in; I don't care. It is the best time heat/exposure time for our athletes to grow acclimated. 

We are playing several scrimmages; right now only 1 is showing. We will plan those on the same days as the practices are scheduled. 

UTC is intended to be an overnight camp-this may not be feasible. Please let me know your daughter's plans for travel ball or AAU. We can get games more locally if needs be. 


2. August-Just giving you a glimpse into the hectic month. Feedback is wanted (except for the morning thing in July-I am pretty deadset on that).
